	Signal strength and speed is good most of the time. There are occasional hiccups during heavy usage times (like late afternoon and early evening).

	While traveling either northbound or southbound on 196, my calls drop about 80% of the time when traveling over the bridge. In downtown South Haven, usually 1 to no bars of strength, although I rarely drop calls if I'm able to place one.

	0 to 3 bars varying enough to make most calls impossible to carry on without loss of voice intermittently. Occasionally cannot place calls. Verizon says that there is a geographical problem and that no additional towers are planned and there is nothing they can do to improve the service. I plan to discontinue the service.
