	Should have researched this BEFORE buying three phones - can't hardly get any calls in my home. Customer service tells me there are towers all around my home, yet hardly any bars. Told me to go to a store and get a booster. Was told at the store that something like that doesn't exist. Nice! Am seriously considering changing carriers when my contract is up - six more months of frustration left!

	I've had increasingly poor reception with Verizon in the local GR area the last year and a half, particularily where I use it the most Plainfield North to Sand Lake. Extremely poor to no signal with frequent dropped calls. Nation-wide coverage however is good, just wish they could provide it here in my home town. Resync'ing the phone makes no difference and Verizon has been no help. May have to jump ship soon.

	Ok direct connect, and service can is jumpy at times. 90% of calls are perfect. Nextel is only worth it if the direct connect feature is something truly needed.
