Reception is fantastic - never a dropped call. Have been a Sprint customer for many years and tried others, but always came back while asking myself, "What the heck was I thinking!". I travel all over the state, the Great Lakes Region, the U.S., and even internationally - The one contant is that I know I can always count on is Sprint. No need for other providers, especially now with the launch of Sprint's new 4G and the HTC EVO phone, which blows the Apple I-phone away! AT&T was never a competitor in the market anyway, so no real surprise there either.

I customer service and billing is horrid. My husband gets alot of dropped calls at work in southfield. My biggest complaint is the customer service and my bills are ALWAYS wrong.

Many dropped calls in my house. Outside... have experienced situations where incoming calls are not recieved even though phone shows strong signal. Voice mail indicator is then sent to the phone 20 minutes or more after the call should have been recieved.

Inside the house most DC is good with some intermittancy. Outside DC is great. Inside the house most phone calls are sub par at best (the phone has to be at just the right angle), but outside all phone calls are great. The intersection of Utica Rd and M-59 is a dead zone, many dropped DC and phone calls.

I have Verizon since last October. My phone works OK outside. However, it has reception problem in almost any build. I have other LG VX6000 that has same problem. I had AT&T before with Nokia 6800. It worked great.

Inside the house coverage sucks. Outside the house it is decent. No difference even after Cingular merger.

ON average I receive about 2 bars and my signal fades in and out within the house. It is as if I have to travel to certain places within the house just to get poor reception. Today alone I had two dropped calls and reception that was quite dissappointing. The sad thing is that even if you try to switch carriers, the area I live in is horrible with respect to signal and such.

Either cannot use service or am switched to Analog Roam! Also have problems at I-75 and Big Beaver area (there is a tower on the top of my building, but calls from the parking lot are analog roam or no service available)! I've had more dead spots / dropped calls with Sprint PCS that any other service I've used. Can't wait to switch!

I have to stand outside in the rain and snow to get marginal reception, at first I thought it something in the house until I walked down the street. My buddies Sprint Phone also does not get reception in this area either ! I will need to switch to Verizon because my girlfreinds phone service works fine..

Sprint Vision Internet is mostly useless in this area. When used for voice, it rarely rings, and drops most calls.
