Worked with verizon, they say there is not problem out here. Switched my phone once and it seemed to help. I was told they don't support inside buildings, I'd like to see them say that on wall street! In most cases Verizon has done me well, I hate the fact that I treated like a dummy when calling in. I familiar with wireless communications and understand the limitations however, I pay for my phone to work everywhere in my home area. I shouldn't have to walk outside a building to get reception!

Reception is zero to half strength at home (Northline and Pardee). A quarter mile south the reception goes to full strength. The local Verizon Store is less than a mile south of here and of course they have great reception. I called Verizon to check on signal strength here and they said everything checked out OK. I've had three LG and one Motorola phones with the same reception problems. They're working for me, Right!?

Verizon is very good. We have 17 Verizon phones. However, we get poor reception on the LG phones in some locations. Have two Motorolas that work GREAT every where. If your having Verizon reception problems, switch to a Tri band Motorola v325, what a difference!

Very strong signal strength at home. Works great in Sam's Club and everywhere in the Southland Mall too receiving and calling while my friends can't get a signal. Works in lower SW Michigan without a hitch. Works well in most locations even in basements at the clubs. I can't remember ever dropping a call to a landline. Only calls that I've lost are to people with cheap Verizon phones or other people's carriers dropping their call. Verizon doesn't offer the lower cost rollover plans like many of the other companies but they make up for it in reception and customer service. This phone operates on all of Verizon supported transmission formats and switches me to another carrier when Verizon is not in the area I'm traveling too. I've made calls on the alternate carriers with no additional charges for using the other carrier! I think I made a great choice switching to Verizon from AT&T and would never go back. Do research and get a good phone before you but, don't just take the free phone they usually offer. The phone makes a biggest difference in your reception, second get a reliable carrier that's awake at night as well as during the day.
