	Using the mobile hotspot on my new Verizon smartphone for internet service at my home for 1 1 / 2 years now. Service is spotty... sometimes getting a message that I have to pay extra for the internet signal (that I AM already paying extra for). Plus, I have had an extra $312. tacked onto my contract due to the deceptive business practices of Chris Gowan, owner of the Verizon Store in downtown Fowlerville (next to the RR Tracks--buyer beware). Overall, the Verizon phone and service is overpriced, frustrating crappy service, and deceptive business practices.
