The signal comes through garbled-sometimes very garbled, at other times it just happens sporadically. I switched almost 2 years ago from Verizon because of Verizon's service and attitude. Tried calling and reporting the problem. They sent me an email response saying that they would be checking on it. I'm curious to see if Cingular will report back to me. I just read an article that says I should try several phones before making a choice. Next time I guess I will.

Have had T-Moble for a year and it really is bad.Not only in my home but I travel all over the state of MI and it is really bad except when I go up north and it switches to NPI.Since this is a corporate cell I have no decision on carriers. When I talked to T-Mobile they said I was on the "fringe" of the tower. When I told them when I do get a call the reception is bad they had me go thru some BS to fix it which it didn't.Personally if you look at there coverage it stinks and so does there phones which need to be upgraded i.e. Bluetooth etc. There customer support is useless. I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT go with T-Mobile if in the Metro Detroit area no matter how good the deal is!

In my house 5 bars 3G, outside my house all around this city almost always 5 bars 3G no issues at all. I been with AT&T for over 10+ years and only dropped a certain amount of calls, nothing to cry about. They are reliable here and no problem at all.

A lot of dropped calls in my home location. In my lower level I often get dropped calls. I thought Verizon would be better than Sprint but it's not and costs more.

I have had three different Verizon phones, not one workS in the house, when I complained the last time they said... Lady... It is a mobile phone, get it, it is not guaranteed to work in your home, only when you are mobile in your car. my neighbors all have different services and their phones work wonderful in my house. so I say to Verizon. CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW... . DO NOT GO WITH VERIZON,

Have been using Sprint PCS for 6 years in this area. Reception had been acceptable, although inside the house the signal strenght was bad. Very disappointed with T-Mobile signal strength. Calls are bring dropped every time. Standing outside the house to make the calls didn't seem to help. Called T-Mobile customer service about this and the first thing they said is 'your phone' is probably bad. Yeah right, give me a break.
