I had all kind of phones before I get Sprint and they all gave me trouble but Sprint is perfect for me never had a drop call any were

Verizon people have a lot of trouble here and Nextel is great. T Mobile is terrble here and everywhere

The whole Newburgh corridor through Westland and Livonia offers very poor reception and many dropped calls.

Service has been bad for a while. Tired of hearing Cingular support telling us to turn our phones off and on for better reception. Every time I call them they say they are in the process of upgrading and I should have better service in a month or so. I've been hearing it for at least six months. Phone will have 3 bars, but when I dial out it drops to 1 or 0 bars. I get more dropped calls from Cingular than any other company I have ever used. Their commercial about the fewest dropped calls makes me want to throw my cell phone through the TV set. Looking for new carrier now.

I was told that Westland and Canton is a dead spot. I have used AT&T, Cingular and T-Mobile with very poor service. I had major problems with coverage. I am now using Verizon and I am very satisfied with service. I have 4 bars most of the time and have not dropped a call.

The only thing that Verizon could change is their prices, a little less expensive would be nice. Also think they should include international texting in their text packages. I usually drop calls on I-96 around the Southfield Fwy. Overall, I am very pleased with the coverage in my area. Their customer service is superb - guess that's why they are one of the best cell phone providers overall.

T-Mobile works really good at my location. I've never dropped a call with the 2 years i've had this prepaid plan. People who complain about bad service should try buying a brand new phone.
