One or zero bars, often failing to pick up service at all with frequent drop call. Once in a while my phone will pick up "Rogers" cellular service out of Canada. Not a dependable service with in-home use. Not to be recommended as sole service provider in the event of a family emergency. Unfortunately retainig a land-line or switching service would be preferrable. I had installed an AT&T Microcell to boost signal, however, service coverage drops calls frequently. According to location of tower, Grosse Ile, I can only speculate the location is competing with other services such as Fire / Police Department, Grosse Ile Airport, or Canadian signals. Not sure, but at the end of the day, no improvement in sight.

Signals are switched from time to time between the U.S. and Canadian towers at this location. Watch your bills at first, since you will most likely charged like we were. AT&T finally agreed to take them off our bill, and we haven't been charged since. When the signals switch, calls are dropped most of the time as well - indoors and outdoors. The signal will usually show up as Rogers - the Canadian tower.

I get a great signal at this location. But, I've heard complaints of calls being bounced between US and Canadian towers, so watch your bills for roaming charges if you live or work near the water. On the other hand, on the north end of Wyandotte where I live, there is decent signal outdoors and poor signal indoors. Dropped call city.

I have been with Sprint for five years. I have noticed over the yearsmy batterie goes dead from a full when left on overnight. It seems to me like they may be working on the frequencies at night, intern causing Sprint cellphones to search for signals for periods long enough to leave customers with dead batteries. over the years I have complained several times to sprint, and have bought new batteries and cellphones onlyafter the many runarounds customer care techs. I am at the point of disgust with the old and new company (Nextel - Sprint) The Merged company now charges for The services that used to be free, and still have Horendess customer service and allso signal coverage!
