	I had poor coverage in Alexandria for the first year or so that I had T-Mobile. After months of dropping calls and sitting next to the window in my house to make a call, I called T-Mobile Customer Service and told them about my poor cell signal. About a month later my signal increased greatly. I now have 4-5 out of 5 bars all the time inside my house where I had previously only had 1-2 bars. I'll be sticking with T-Mo for a long time if service like this keeps increasing.
