	Frequently have little or no reception and I often have to go outside in order for the call or text to go through. Data service is practically nonexistent. As soon as I'm no longer under contract I'm switching companies.

	When I had AT&T the reception was good and all of a sudden got bad. I heard every reason possible from AT&T. I finally got one to say that they lost tower contract. Being under contract I was stuck. Then Cingular came in the picture and I switched. They have been telling me for a year about the improvements that they are making. Now they don't even offer new service to Austin and I am stuck in their contract. I have to stand next to my front door to talk on my phone in my house. Usually I end up losing the call anyway.
