	Since Altell took over Midwest Wireless, we have gone from EXCELLENT service to regular (daily) dropped calls, missed call messages for no reason (reading a book and the phone never rang) 4+ days before a the voice mail alert comes. Like Verizon reports, starting to strange stuff added onto the bill. My 76 yr old mom doesn't play on-line games on her phone but 3 months in a row she's been charged for it. There was some improvement after the lawsuit but it's still crappy. We no longer have a service center to send in for repairs. Fortunately, I kept my old phone so I'm going back to it for the next 9 months til our contract is up. Then we are changing companies - so far the only company with mostly positive reports is NW Bell.
