sprint sucks ended up switching. couldn't be happier

Have had Ceullular One now AT&T and no complaints. Great Phones and Excellent Service!

Had T-Mobile and since they lost their towers with AT&T / Cell One my reception went way down hill. I then switched to Verizon and they by far were even worse. I then switched to AT&T and have no complaints. The store has a small town feeling and after dealing with verizon's customer service I can't believe how much better AT&T is! I wouldn't ever want to switch and we love my new slider and iphone!

I have been with T-Mobile out of Crow Wing Power on Hwy. 371 and have had great reception. I was a past cell one and Cell 2000 (Unicel) customer and have found the right cell service finally! I have great reception everywhere - even when I have 1-2 bars I can still make a crystal clear call. As far as one person saying customer service was poor with Cellular One, I would agree. T-Mobile has always been there for me - Espically the sales people at Crow Wing Power! Would definetly recomend!

I get good coverage everywhere I go in the Brainerd Lakes Area with T-Mobile, except near Bar Harbor and Zorbaz ;). Along with Crow Wing Power, they've been putting up lots of towers over the 5 years I've been with them and have Crow Wing County pretty well covered, as well as most routes to St. Cloud and the Twin Cities. BTW, I was also sharing a Cingular plan with family and it is good here too, but out of their area, so they made us choose a different Service, too many roaming minutes.

Good reception around the Brainerd Lakes area but wouold abolutely NOT recommend them... .Although signal is good, their Customer Service is by far the worst I have ever seen (and I have had Quest... lol). Good tower coverage..lots of billing mistakes... .if ya never had to deal with them, they would be a good option.

I've been a Sprint / Nextel customer for a while now. On average, there is very few (if any) places that people go on a regular basis that you cannot get signal. There are a few places where you get 1-2 bars, however, most of the places you can attain 4-5 bars. The only complaint I have up here is that not far out of the Brainerd / Baxter City limits, the coverage turns to 1X data coverage (vs EDVO within city limits). Voice is unchanged no matter where you go.

Coverage is excellent throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area with the addition of the towers put up in 2004. Tough to find a spot where I can't get reception. If you haven't tried a Nextel Phone yet here, you should. Better than going through the Unicel or Cellular One.

Nice phone. Poor connections where my house is located. go a mile any direction and reception is slightly better. Should I move my house or change providers... .Outside antenna on roof helps... ... Larry

Very poor reception along major highways, as well as in buildings right in town.
