	Very poor reception inside or outside. One or two bars at best but no bars at all most of the time. The phone will ring, I answer it and cannot hear the other person or they sound garbled and then the call is dropped and I must call back on a land line. After numerous calls to Verizon they finally informed me I could end my contract without penalties or buy a $250 network extender for inside the house which they would offer me at the discounted price of $150. How generous of them, after buying a phone, service plan and 2 year contract that will cost over $2000. They may promise the best coverage in their ads, but in real life they do not deliver and their customer service is exasperating to deal with: "we'll check it out and get back with you" and then never return any of your calls. Currently exploring other options for service in this area.
