I'm able to connect 1 out of every 4 calls. Otherwise, Call Failed. In the Opus business center between Minnetonka, Edina, Hopkins and Eden Prairie. VERY POOR. Never had these issues with Sprint -- in fact, I often have to borrow a colleague's phone to make a call.

Can't even dial out of my house. The calls get dropped while trying to connect, I'm within 2 miles of the store. I called sales person with the concern of such poor service and almost dropped him during the course of the conversation. His suggestion was to come in and sawp out with the Motorola razor v3 phone. He claimed that it had this "crazy antenna" that did well in sketchy areas. I could have stayed "SHOULD HAVE" with verizon and recieved a better deal. reception in the house is one or NO bars.

Cingular (AT&T) is the only service we've used that had good enough reception on the ground floor of our house to accept calls. Verizon and Sprint almost always gave us no signal unless we were upstairs. Often there was enough signal to transmit a voice mail notification, but the actual call never rang through. Note that our house is steel sided (yes, STEEL) which likely dampens the signal! All that being said, if you live in Hopkins, go with Cingular / AT&T for consistent reception, especially in the dead zone north of Main Street.

We can't make calls from home because we either can't hear each other or the call disconnects.
