I get Frequent "Call Failed... "messages when trying to call out, dropped calls, garbled voices. Is it the BlackBerry-Bold 9700's or T-Mobile's problem? A Very Frustated Comsumer.

everywhere around works, but Winnetka and bass lake road = 0.01 - 0.4 MBPS data speeds. This is less than 3G though T-Mobile says on their website it should be 4G. I called and talked to support for a total of 3 hours. They said they are aware of the problem and have NO PLANS TO FIX IT. What BS! They are at least letting us out of the contact without a penatly. Too bad, they do have the best customer service. There is just no or crappy data at our house.

Very poor reception in this area. One bar outside so imagine what happens when you are inside a house. No Coverage. Hey T-Mobile... . "Can You Hear Me Now???"

Reception inside the house is spotty and poor, often have to hover in one spot to avoid dropped call. Outdoors is better, but this is really inconvenient. Absolutely no service at all in SW MN when my mom was sick earlier this year - very irritating. My 2-year T-Mobile contract is FINALLY up in December and looking for something with better reception, plus have had a few incidents of horrible customer service that make me want to give some other company my business. I am confused over 3G, CDSM, Edge, etc. What about new Walmart plans / phones? What makes the difference, the network or the phone or both?

1-2 bars inside my house, constantly drop calls. Outside 2-3 bars, not as bad. Very inconvenient.

very poor reception in house, 0 - 2 bars, ( 0 most often). dropped calls all the time, incoming calls go to voice mail to be picked up when I leave this area of NE Minneapolis. Spotty reception all around here.

Excellent reception in my house. Rarely a dropped call. From my experience, T-Mobile works well in almost any area of the Twin Cities (had to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile after moving here).

Probably more than 50% of the time I have no bars around campus (even outside sometimes!). T-Mobile might be the worst carrier on campus. Whenever I lose service, I will not get it back unless I restart it in an area that I know I receive service. I usually restart my phone 10-15 times a day. Ridiculous!
