AT&T has just one tower in the area -- located in Spring Park. It's either on the original Tonka Toys building or the Spring Park water tower. Despite the location of this one tower, which I can see from my residence, I cannot get consistent and reliable reception. An AT&T tech rep told me it's probably because the cell is facing in a different direction and / or on he other side of the structure upon which it resides. According to AT&T they have no current plans to add additional towers in the area. If you go with AT&T prepare for many dropped calls and calls going straight through to voicemail. AT&T customer service and support are friendly, helpful and professional. If only that made ot possible to make and receive calls...

Used to be good coverage until 4-5 months ago. I think Verizon quit renting towers and built their own but too far away. Poor reception, dropped calls, garbled voicemail for everyone I know.

Bayside Lane / Cty Rd. 151, Mound, MN 55364 Thu Jun 01, 2006

Only 1 bar of service upstairs, none in the basement. Also, no reception near Cty Rd. 44 and 110 intersection. Sprint has very poor reception anywhere in Mound / Minnetrista area, even with the phone that is suppposed to have the best reception.
