	Was having trouble with reception and dropping calls for 3 months until T-Mobile updated my sim card. Now it works great.

	I don't have too many complaints with the phone or Sprint carrier. I get service in basement, elevators, etc. Rarely have dropped calls within the metro area. However - I do visit a friend's house in Burns Township (between Elk River and St. Francis) and I don't get recepion there. She has T-Mobile as a carrier and gets decent service there. A new tower was recently added in that area but I still don't get service. I've noticed that service is good along most major highways in the state but if I go just a mile or so off the highway the reception really drops off. I've been pleased with Sprint for 2+ years and will renew with them.

	Poor reception inside and below average outside. Just good enough to have caller hang up and call back on a land line.

	Just ported from AT&T to Cingular, and got a new phone. I had a V600 before (overpriced compared to the V551), and had better service before. Maybe I have a defective phone, but I know for certain that Cingular's customer service is less "on-it" than AT&T's was...
