We have struggled with our AT &T Service for 2 years - several service issues. We have a cell booster and still don't have good reception. We are looking for a carrier with good service in this neighborhood.

I just switched to T mobile and got a brand new S 7. After 2 months it stopped working even though it was a manufacturer defect they still wanna charge me a fee to replace my new phone with a refurbished phone. I did not pay the amount of money I paid for a brand new phone to get it replaced with a used phone because the phone I got was defective. There service is spotty at best STAY AWAY BEWARE ALL THE FINE PRINT AND EXTRA FEES! Im going back Verizon as soon as I can pay the fees to cancel t mobile.

Why isn't there any Verizon coverage at the major clinic.? Have been going there for 5 years and there has never been any more than 1 dot of coverage. Is this going to improve soon?

Have had AT&T for last 7 years and every year the reception gets worse. Went from 5 bars to dropped calls constantly over that span. Seems Rochester in general just sucks for reception, much like the old tv signals..

I went to the rochester, mn location after every other person that day slammed the door in my face and said they couldn't help. I was very relieved when they told me they could help and I wasn't alone. It was great. My phone just didn't turn on that day and I was already at my limit of stress. So thank you it was that kindness that kept me at T-Mobile. You will continue to have my business

One or No Bars in my home. Have to stand on my deck to talk on the phone. I travel all of Southern MN from the WI border to Sioux Falls and I have average coverage at best. I also travel Southwestern Wisconsin, and other than La Crosse proper, I have NO coverage at all. ATT has THE WORST customer service of any cell service I have ever had. They absolutely know about their bad coverage in the area, and the best they will offer is to sell you an additional $150 piece of hardware to boost your home coverage. I am cancelling my service.

Never had a dropped call in the 13 months that I've been using Sprint. Occasionally, my reception is a bit muddled, but that seems to be only on calls to a couple of specific people, so I suspect the problem is on their end, not mine.

I live at the top of hill with minimally-obstructed views to the south. Using my iPhone 5 on AT&T, I receive only about 50% of incoming calls and even then have to walk around my house to find a spot where the caller can understand me. It was slightly better with the iPhone 4; but it's not the phone. In actual metropolitan areas, I get spectacular reception and audio quality. Just below the hill, basically between my house and Bamber Valley School along Salem Road, I get 100% dropped calls. I've literally never had a call that stayed connected rounding that curve on Salem Road. I've been in the house for 7 years with AT&T. Coverage has always been poor; but it's getting worse. in any case, ATT not recommended.

Starting in March rreception at my house has dropped off a lot! Before this spring I had no complaints. Now my signal fluctuates constantly. Very unhappy with Verizon and their "best network". I have had them at my house checking signals and they said it was fine. We four phones all dropping calls often. No explanation at all to why.
