I'm tired of paying for internet service that is inefficient to the point I can't get good reception in my own home (built in 1998). T-Mobile is getting paid good money from the many customers they have, yet many calls are dropped and the 4G mode is rarely ever available unless you"re in a T-Mobile store. T-Mobile needs to satisfy their customers by doing what is necessary to improve all areas of reception with quality internet service (if the phone has 4G it should operate proficiently in that mode most of the time not one-quarter of the time.) and less dropped calls. Just for info my daughter has a pre-paid phone by Trac Phone and gets way better service than her roommate who has T-Mobile... now go figure where the problem is.

We had better reception when we had analog phones. Now we get no reception inside our house and almost no reception in our yard (which is heavily wooded). Any suggestions?

Can't make or receive calls in my house. Sometimes works in yard. I get a more reliable data signal. Used to have T-Mobile which worked great here.

I almost always lose calls near Hwy. 61 and Lower Afton, as well as driving along Burlington from Lower Afton to McNight. Reception on Oakridge street is spotty.

I hate that in my own house I don't get service. As soon as I step outside it is spotty, but I get something. My family yells at me because I don't answer my phone, when in actuality, I can't get reception. When I went to Europe, I had great reception. Why can't I get great service INside my own home in the U.S.

We have had the service for over 5 years and the reception at my home is marginal. I have reported to Verizon and changed phones with no improvements. I am looking for phones with better reception or a service provider that covers this area better.

impressively bad reception. Apparently there are no cell towers in all of the Highland neighborhood of St. Paul.

I have just enough reception to sometimes recieve calls but the call drops if I walk to the other side of my house or sometime simply turn my head too suddenly. AT&T sucks.

I've had my iPhone with AT&T for over 2 years. I always upgrade my phone each year and I've never had an issue. I live in the NE metro and go out as far as Hugo and Stillwater on a regular basis. The only time I experience dropped calls or loss of reception is in the middle of a very large store, namely Walmart in Stillwater. I can go to the mall, including Mall of America and all other stores with zero reception issues. Not sure what everyone is complaining about. My iPhone 4, which is supposedly notorious for dropped calls, has served me perfectly aside from the one store.

Phone service sucks and internet is horrible. Called Verizon numerous times and admitted the coverage was bad and told me I could cancel contract for free.

Very poor reception on McKnight Rd from Larpenteur Ave to Minnehaha Ave. Reception completely drops out when driving on McKnight Rd alongside Beaver Lake, between Maryland Ave and Stillwater Ave.

Very spotty coverage. I lose calls inside home. My phone will not ring frequently. I recover or discover I have messages that I know I could of just answered if my phone would just ring. It is not in my settings, I've checked numerous times. I hate this service carrier, however I am not sure I could trust another. I think it is just a reality of cell phone coverage in this area by all carriers.

Coverage is really spotty here. Calls drop all the time in my home, but less so outside. Kind of sad that you have to go outside to be able to use the phone. Even then you still worry about dropping, usually always happens during the important ones too.

Bought an iPhone and basically it is worthless in this area if AT&T is your carrier... We traded our iPhones in for blackberry (s) and discovered it wasn't a phone issue. AT&T is completely inadequate in St. Paul. We had Sprint in this area for 7 years and NEVER had a dropped call and excellent reception. Sadder but wiser.

Very poor reception, if at all, in the Mac-Groveland area. I lived here four years ago and then relocated out of the country and now just returned. I assumed that AT&T would make improvements in the area's coverage over the past four years but sadly that is not the case. This is a major inconvenience since neither my husband or I, or anyone who visits with an AT&T number can reliably receive or maintain phone calls. I've called AT&T and they say we are in a "good" coverage area and they cannot guarantee coverage inside homes. Note that this is a problem even when driving in the area.
