I can understand poor coverage inside the large building I work in, but even near windows on the highest floor voice coverage is weak and little to no 4G LTE.

Had Sprint for 8 years and was great. Last 4 months terrible in my home. Dropped calls and / or poor call quality. Called Sprint numerous times and it seems like they don't care - even told me I may have to go to another carrier. Say they'll call back and don't. Big bummer since it was great for so long and changing is a huge unknown.

We have had outstanding cell service in our home for years. No dropped calls and very fast 4G. Love our Verizon service, hate the very high price. We also have very good service every where with the exception of our farm in SE MN. There kind of spotty without a cell booster.

Generally very good reception and service on my iPhone. However, AT&T customer service is abysmal. They are dishonest about upgrades, international travel, overpriced and try to convince you to accept plans that are overpriced. I would switch to Credo mobile in a heartbeat if the reviews for Sprint service were better as they use Sprint lines.

I've had Verizon for about a year now, their signal have gotten progressively worst in that year, they call numerous time if u forget to pay even if your payment isn't due yet. There customer service sucks, I should have stayed with T-Mobile. Atleast I could get out of this horse crap service

I often would drop calls in my own home (previously had Verizon) and Sprint said they were upgrading towers. A few months went by with the same problem so they ultimately sent me an Airrave (the cell booster by router). This cleared up reception and I have not had dropped calls since. No idea when their "upgrades" will actually happen. I work at 3M and signal there is actually quite good. On 94 between Woodbury and 3M Center, the signal is decent but I have had a couple dropped calls.

Miserable reception in St. Thomas dorm room (JP 2) and no service whatsoever from the basement of a nearby house. Hard to imagine AT&T has such poor coverage in a large metro area.

Reception in our home and in all of the surrounding area has gotten progressively WORSE. Verizon needs to plant a cell tower in Woodbury - and STOP advertising they have full coverage, 4g coverage, in this area. THEY DO NOT!

Horrible coverage worse customer service liars liars. I've had Sprint since the 90's. We were forced onto a new plan bill doubled, we ordered unlimited data for one son after first month they failed to add it so $136 rather than $20 for extra data he month, we were given a tablet and they added data we didn't need or want and can't cancel it, I will pay whatever necessary to leave today. Sprint sux do not get Sprint

Drops calls EVERY day! Have people say they called me and it went into my voicemail. They left messages. My phone shows no call received, no voice message either. What black hole did this stuff fall into? My phone shows only one bar, if that. Occasionally I get optimistic when it bounces up one or two more bars but it soon disappears. My Galaxy4 makes an awesome paper weight!

I have a Virgin Mobile service (Sprint) and it is worthless. If I turn my head the signal drops. I'll show 5 bars then click and no bars and call is dropped. I see voice messages show up and the phone never rang, important calls don't even ring to my phone. I had text messages appear that were sent a month ago. Total waste or $45 per month

Horrible customer service. Tons of dropped calls. More expensive than other plans available. I would not recommend Sprint to my worst enemy!

I have no reception inside my apartment complex and very little reception out side of it. Drops calls every 20 seconds or so.

We've had Sprint for years and because the service has gotten so terrible, we're dropping our service with Sprint. I can't even count how many dropped calls I get every day (on the road in the metro area and at home). Lot's of promises from Sprint about upgrading their coverage but it's been terrible for quite some time. Everyone I'm talking to just knows that when the call drops, I'll call them again (and again, and again, and again... ). No more, we're switching to Verizon.

I can not make any phone calls from my house! Or from my neighborhood. Getting an Air Raid for the house, but this won't help me while I am driving. Dropped one conversation yesterday four times with a sick relative. No solutions. No help from Sprint.

Phone call dropped four times while driving in this area today. There is no reception for Sprint as well as my house in this area. Had to get a Sprint airave to help receive calls in my house. Its ridiculous.

Several dropped calls the last few weeks from all of our family's phones (iPhone 5, and Galaxy S4). The Sprint store said Sprint has taken down and are rebuilding nearby towers. I can't use my Sprint phones within a mile from my home.

Only one bar indoors, even by open window. Had to buy an AT&T microcell on ebay for $100 and activate it through their website. The microcell did improve signal strength as I now get 5 bars indoors, but kind of a hassle. By the way, if you buy a new microcell from AT&T it will cost you $200! At least there is no monthly fee - that would have been a deal breaker for me.
