Verizon 1 Out of 5	If I climb up on my roof I can sometimes complete a call without driving to town. It's like climbing the phone pole on Green Acres. I would like the little dork with the glasses on tv to come on out for a visit. He'd never be able to call for help.

Verizon 3 Out of 5	at my house (4 miles north of t.h.) I am lucky to get one bar, but in town and up the shore you will get 4 bars consistently. I have yet to find somebody with a different type of phone (sprint, at&t, etc) who gets any reception. so... if youre looking to buy a cell phone for use in northern minnesota I would highly advise you get a Verizon phone.

Sprint 0 Out of 5	Sprint phones are worthless in this area. The company states that they DON'T have service here.
