Dropped calls have become the norm inside and out. Granted the area is wooded but it always has. The problem has only gotten worse over the years and I have spent hours with Sprint and there is nothing wrong according to them. Now they want me to get a different phone. I am using an online phone service in my home and would like to decrease my minutes with Sprint but they will only do this if I go under contract. Forget that

At this low spot on Big Bend I consistently lose connection, in fact I warn people that I am coming up to a bad area and will have to call them back.

reception was decent then suddenly something happened, spoke with Sprint many times you get a different answer with each person you talk to. it seems they just tell you whatever to get you off the line. have had Sprint in this area 6 years I can tell when my service gets bad. yet they know nothing. all of a sudden one bar and way too many dropped calls. but yet nothing is wrong. Baloney cingular is a power house in this local
