AT&T 3 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V551	Up until recently, the ATT service has been acceptable in this area (about 3 years). The last 5 days, every AT&T customer I have talked with has experienced static and very choppy reception and transmission of voice communication in this area. Some have reported the problem but found their conversation with customer service to be frustrating at the very least. Today I talked with AT&T cust. service and had to go through the standard canned and lengthy cust service procedure and their standard proclamation that the problem was unique to my phone only. Finally, they had a technician call me back and he was able to monitor the problem remotely. At least they should be able to find out which tower is malfunctioning.

AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Nokia 6030	After trying 7 different phones, finally got reception with the Nokia till July, 2007. Then something happened and now I get kicked off several times during calls at home. As soon as my time is up in May, I will try another carrier. I'm tired of not being able to use my cell.
