some times we have 2 aree3 bars but most of the time 1 to 0 bars

Had Cingular near this location for 7 years. Last couple of years service has gotten increasingly worse. Call Cingular customer service repeatedly and was told to upgrade phone, which I did. After upgrade over one year ago, was told tower facilities were being worked on. Still no improvement. Recently dropped Cingular for T-Mobile and kick myself for waiting so long.

I drive from Blue Springs to Overland Park for work and have good reception the entire way. I rarely have a dropped call. I love it.

Agent told us this area was a '3', which meant that we would have reception in the area and in our house. We have never had service in our house, or the surrounding area. Reported repeatedly to customer service with absoltely no results or help. We drop about 80% of all calls, and often find ourselves driving elsewhere or standing inthe winter to make calls. Easily the worst we have had; we will cancel early on the contract.

For About 5 miles around this location, you should get 4 to 5 bars at all times unless you are in a building.

Never have had a problem since I moved to KC from Springfield MO. I drive downtown every day and have crystal clear reception both ways! Customer service has been an issue though, even though we haven't had to use it too often they don't really seem to have their act 100% together. We plan on switching for that sole reason.

If I am in my house I can make a 180 turn and lose my call. There are several places like that in my house. The same happens in my driveway and driving down Sandstone others say they cannot hear me in many places.
