Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola K1m	I get between 1 and 2 bars most days and do get cutoffs in certain locations. I have called Verizon customer service only to be told need to upgrade to a new phone. They ignore the fact that all cell phones are built to same specs. Don't seem to listen to problem of customer. I guess they (Vwerizon) don't train customer service persons to understand customer issue when they experience trouble. Our only hope is sooner than later the Missouri Public Service Commission will get authority to regulate their service performance.

AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: nokia 6340i	Very bad coverage in the clever area. AT&T sold nearby tower to T-Mobile. This tower is no longer available as an "extended coverage" tower. So instead of raising the bar with the merger, Cingular lowered it.
