Good signal from Texas Ave. on south, kind of spotty north of Texas. The hill gets in the way of the tower at Garth and Bus. 70.

I have been with Sprint for 10 years. I know, I am stupid. But this time I will get past all the half truths. I will run to at&t, and never look back.

Routinely drops calls, i.e. nearly every one on any of the three different phones with Sprint service. Calls that are not dropped are barely intelligible, can only hear every other word. Often treated as not available to incoming callers. Data msgs like txt msgs and emails seem to work better and more consistently. At this exact location, never one time had a problem in 10 yrs with US Cellular or with AT&T.

When I open my phone to make a call, I may have 5 bars. By the time I hear the other phone ringing, it may drop to 1 or 2. Most calls sound like the comic routine of ordering food at a drive thru. Cingular replaced my first phone, but the problem has never been fixed. Very poor customer service both locally and nationally.

Cannot get reception. If I do, the call is dropped. I live off Route B and Oakland Church and I cannot find a spot in my home to make a call, not even outside. When I drive to Hallsville there is no reception at all. Terrible serivce.

Live in Brookside townhomes and have little to no reception. If I receive or make a call, its is always dropped in the first minute. Supposed to have service according to T-mobile. Started using HotSpot at home, paid 100 to replace my phone for the WiFi and still rarely works. Phone has trouble connecting, mine and two other roomates included.

Can't even talk on cell in the house unless I stand facing southwest in one corner of one room on the second floor. If I try moving the call will immediately become garbled or dropped. Coverage throughout Columbia is spotty at best--lots of dropped calls--always warn people as soon as I connect that we'll probably get disconnected and that I'm not hanging up on them. Lots of rollover minutes because it is hard having a long conversation with such poor reception. Had the phone replaced but it didn't do any good. As soon as the contract expires so will our coverage by ATT.
