US Cellular 1 Out of 5	I can barely keep a call from dropping in ewing, mo and nearly all the way down highway 6 to interstate 61.

US Cellular 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V262	Big hole in US Cellular reception on MO side of Quincy IL. Towers only in Lewistown, Canton, Palmyra, across the river on the other side of Quincy IL. Ever since Alltel Mobile put up their tower at US 61 and Hwy. C, US Cellular signal is very poor from LaGrange to a couple of miles North of Palmyra, and west on Hwy. 6 to near Ewing. Very high dropped-call rate as the phone hunts back and forth between Alltel and US Cellular. Forget Nextel / Sprint in this whole area.
