	The new house, and property are great. Cell coverage is absolutely non-existant. I have Sprint, wife has AT&T, sons have US Cellular, and youngest daughter has Verizon. My oldest daughter who lives in Omaha, has Alltel... she is the ONLY one who has enough signal to use her phone. If I turn my phone on at home, my battery will last about 3 hours because the phone is constantly looking for signal. We bought a $270 signal repeater, and it does not improve anyone's service. Thank God landlines work! My phone cannot even tell me the time of day out here!

	I have only found one place that I get little signal. That is inside my mothers house. She lives in Beaufort and is surrounded by hills. But anywhere else I have not had any problem with it. I have been from Texas to Maine with it and not a lick of problems.
