	I travel for my job most of the week from KC to Saint Louis down to Cape Girardeau and up into IA. Also, I travel to the Dakotas and Montana to visit family frequently. I've been on both coasts and had decent coverage along the way. I ocassionally drop calls, but overall am pretty pleased with sprints coverage... However, if you do have a problem - of ANY kind, their customer service SUCKS like nothing I've ever seen. I've been with them for 9 years, and the customer service dept has not improved much in that time.

	No 3g at all, phone calls are 97% drop rate, un-usable service

	We get around 3 bars out of 6 and calls constantly drop out.

	Service is spotty, sometimes I can't get any reception, at is best I get 3 bars, unless I am near a tower. Customer service is terrible. We found out that they were billing us for daytime rates on calls made at night if we talked beyond 7:00 AM. They said it was a problem that they were working on, but after 3 years it is still not fixed.
