What happened Sprint? I use to have 4G LTE all the time with 3 or 4 bars of service on my Iphone 7. Now I get 1 bar LTE occasionally but mostly get 3G or 1X. I have to use WiFi to get service most of the time. Sprint service has fallen off quite a bit.

When I lived in Overland Park I switched from T-moble to Verizon and got stellar reception. Then about 3 years ago I moved up by Worlds Of Fun. I am a mile or so from them and my reception is terrible. I have to drive down the the QT on Parvin Rd.and I-435 to get a decent signal. Going outside my home doesn't improve the signal that I get in my home. I miss the old days of AT&T and land lines. Never dropped a call on a rotary phone... . :-(

The data connection is slow / non-existent most of the time. My iPhone 7 bounces between 3G-roaming-LTE-1x-nothing... all the time. Texts take forever to send and forget about sending any pics. I have to hold my phone above my head, stand on one foot and touch my nose to get most texts to send. Video? Ha. Such a disappointment for a hometown company.

First off let me say I NEVER have 4G anymore. Texts send when they want, internet pages take minutes to load-if they load at all. Right now I have two dots on LTE and I'm on 115th / State line-I'm here looking for advice on a better carrier-sprint is HORRIBLE

I get great Verizon service outside of the city but within downtown Kansas City the reception is horrible. Sending a single text (no pics) takes several minutes and when on the phone calls drop all the time. I know its not my phone because it works great when I get out of the city.

I had good service with Cricket then AT&T bought them out and it has been hell. I can't make or receive calls at least half the time. Some customer no-service rep told me to make phone calls on my front porch? At 2AM in the winter? Every time I call customer no-service they tell me a different lie why my phone doesn't work and if I just stick with them for 3 more months it will be cleared up... . this has gone on for 18 months.

The worst network to ever exist... even behind T-Mobil!

Sprint is horrible! At my house and at the Ford plant! I'm always roaming and restarting my phone unless I'm hooked up to Wi-Fi. Dealing with customer service is such a pain..like they don't already know that the signal is horrible and no one can use data! Help us out already! Sure Sprint is cheaper they give you unlimited everything that you can never use and let me tell you it is awsum!

I have Consumer Cellular using T Mobile, which is priced cheap for the 3 of us, but I can't even call or text from my upstairs office. The basement has zero reception. There are many dead areas around town. I'm thinking about switching to Verizon, which has great coverage here.
