The form that we must fill out doesn't take into account a large known area, only cross roads / streets. The hole I'm talking about here runs from just north of Englewood Rd.north to an unknown point north of 62nd Street. It runs from Broadway to N. Harrison Street. This spot is contained mostly within the Gladstone, MO city limits. We moved here in the summer of 2010. The reception was just fine. About 6 months later the reception started deteriorating. We are now at the point where our phones show between 0 and 3 bars on average at any given time. I fully expect this to deteriorate to nothingness as this is what happened where we used to live (near Waukomis and 64th Streets). I have contacted AT&T numerous times about this problem within the past 1+ year (about our current residence location) with no positive results (actually, the same results came over at the other house, too). These results contained only excuses, plain bull scat stories and suggestions for us to buy a "booster" for our phones at an additional expense of just over $200 to get service that we are paying close to $200 a month to begin with. A 'booster', in deed! Yeh, riiiiiiight! _NOT!_ going to happen! Why should we do that????? Our contract is up until coming September. As soon as that contract is up we _WILL_ be going to another cell carrier.... as long as they don't use AT&T's cell towers. Consumer Cellular does, so we can't go to them. :(

MyTouch 4G is barely a 2G since tethering to my computer doesn't work for videos or NetFlix. I do not have problems with dropped calls ever. My frustration level is at its peak. And unfortunately only 1 in 25 customer reps isn't a real incompetent idiot.

Switched to Cricket to get better reception and that didn't happen. Only get maybe 2 bars and have lots of missed calls or messages mysteriously appear after the fact. Now it shows roaming almost all the time or it beeps saying no service. Dropped calls all the time. Sad because this is supposed to be only phones in home... Now considering getting house line instead. Cust service is in India...

Never had signal in house or extremely poor. Had to sit on certain couch and STAY or would lose calls. Master bedroom was okay sometimes too, but never had more than 2 bars in house. Wasn't till I got 2 blocks away or so that it improved, but I'm not going out there every time I need to make a call. Missed a lot of calls or had tons of dropped calls.

I drive the the city everyday and always have good reception. The only problem area is Gregory Blvd.and I-35 / I-29 hwy split in the northland. Now 4g sucks on the Missouri side of the line. I think Sprint thinks Missourian's are second class citizens. Sprint step up your 4g, especially in the northland before Missourian's turn on you.

T-Mobile's service in the area has been disintegrating since I first got my cell in 2004. 3G never engages, EDGE if I'm lucky. No reception half of the time. 3 bars is a miracle. I got the phone to tether to my PC, but I never break the 20kb / s mark. I have a better chance piggy-backing off of my neighbor two doors down's wifi than with this phone. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, including 2 phone replacements. It clearly is not the individual phone.

Usually outside of buildings I get good reception, but inside most apartments, including my own, I have 1 bar and that gives me maybe 5 minutes before it drops my call.

I'm at 1-2 bars indoors about 363 days a year, the other two days, I hover between 2-3 bars. I sure wish AT&T would add a tower on the Plaza. Its ridiculous coverage in this area. I was considering T-Mobile (HTC-HD7 coming out), but none of the other carriers seem to be any better?

Cricket have cheap phones but cheap service no contract the only thing I would recommend is get a phone from Sprint or Verizon and flash it to cricket so you wouldnt have a cheap phone but cheap service plans starting $35 that is the only way to get good reception

The phone doesn't work at all in the house and it's very spotty when standing in the yard. It drops on the Lexington bridge and at Brooklyn and Indep. Avenue. T-Mobile gave me a new sim card and said that would fix it... it did not.
