I live in the neighborhood here and get perfect reception through T-Mobile. I'm getting ready to move though, and am rather scared because their coverage map looks to have little to no reception in my new neighborhood, and I signed up for a year only about 4 months ago.
WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I "upgraded" phones and in exchange for a $150 rebate that never came am stuck with the "hometown carrier" for 2 more years. I spent hours on the phone with worthless representatives trying to explian that I was owed money only to find out it was their fault the rebate was never issued... they offered me a $5 discount on my next monthes bill then tried to sell me another line of service... no wonder you are losing money.
89th St.from Wornall to Holmes has become very spotty in the last 6 months. I used to get 2 to 3 bars of service, now I get zero to 1 bar making it hard to receive and place calls. I've reported this to T-Mobile and they say an upgrade is coming to this area in 6 months. We'll have to wait and see.
constantly dropped calls... 75% calls never ring or show up on missed calls, messages show up days later, totally frustating. Sprint also tells you they will credit you for the problem and then you find out they haven't credited you, or written it in the notes, then they tell you they are sorry and can't help you after the charges are on the bill. Round and round every month! They are getting worse and worse for customer service!
No problems, rarely get a drop call. The problem, I think lies in the phone. My Sanyo is GREAT. When I first moved here from STL I had a Samsung phone which was HORRIBLE. I was getting droped calls everyday, sometimes 4-5 times during one call. I will Never buy another Samsung again ever. I am sticking with either the Sanyo or Motorola.
