Very pleased with Alltel and my Motorola T720 very rarely do I drop a call considering the terrain and very remote places (rural farming community) have been with Alltel for about 5 years. No real complaints.

I live 5 minutes from the AT&T store, and I lose service in my living room, master bedroom, and garage. I lose service in town across the street from the AT&T store. My service is either poor or none at all.

I have a family plan with T-Mobile, thus 3 differenct phones. T-Mobile's coverage map shows that coverage is available for Lebanon, MO. I live maybe 2 miles from a major interstate and in the city limits. All our cell phones say "Emergency calls only" and most of the time we cannot make a call. We can make a call sometimes if we walk around the house and repeatedly dial and then usually don't get through the call without being dropped. Sometimes incoming calls will go through and then will drop eventually. Since September 2010, T-Mobile has said they are improving their towers. Apparently, this is the line employees are told to say to customers. A coworker was told the same thing for the length of her 2 year contract. There is no recourse unless I want buy out my 2 year contact. Stay away from T-Mobile in Missouri. Or, T-Mobile suggested buying a new phone from them to see if that would help.
