Cingular home (local) service has been excellent. Very few dropped calls, excellent reception (except sometimes in buildings) and great customer service.

Outside reception in front of house is 3 bars, rear of house is 1 bar, inside is no service or 1 bar except 2nd floor offers 4 bars. ATT claims this is a strong signal area but my new iPhone and my wifes new Samsung A777 dont get useable service.

I hate this school. Especially in the Transition room. The only place I get any service is the Chill room and the front office, both of which you have to talk to the principle to get into.

Frequebtly I would lose reception in my house. I could be talking on the phone, not move, and then lose reception. Oftentimes, I would be holding my phone and then get notified that I had missed a call--and the phone never actually rang. I will never get T-Mobile again based on the number of problems I have had with service and coverage.

Its amazing service, I had a Sprint phone before and it was terrible but with Helio is so much stronger signal and it still uses Sprint and Verizon's EV-DO data networks and calls are Always clear, never EVER had a dropped call with helio like I did with sprint

Sometimes a dropped call, but I haven't experienced a lot of difficulty from this location.

I almost never get reception in this area. I don't know how many times people told me they called, but my phone never even shows a missed call. If I'm on the phone when I enter this area, there is about a 95% chance that my call will drop. If it doesn't drop, it's so broken up that it basically dropped. When entering the neighborhood, I have to tell people I will just call them from the house phone when I get inside. I have never had more trouble with Sprint than I do in this particular neighborhood. It is very frustrating, especially since the coverage map says we are supposed to have good service!

Inside a building on Colbern Rd I cannot get reception unless I go to the doors by the parking lot.

No matter when- rush hour or late night, it always drops no matter who I am on the phone with. I always advise my caller that I am going to loose reception when I enter the curve of I-470.

I got this carrier a few years ago and found myself driving around the lake looking for places where I did NOT get service. It was a long hunt and I was not able to find anywhere. I love it.
