Reception is uneven and about 1 out of every 3 calls are dropped. Often I can call right back and continue the conversation but it's an anoyance. Certain places in the house are dead zones.

The reception is a lot better if I go outside my house. When I am closer to the front of the house, I get better service than when walking through the house. My Blackberry seems to do okay here, and I am sure AT&T would be better, but the I got the round and round from them before and canceled their coverage. Sprint doesn't have the best costomer service, but I have seen an improvement from a few years ago, and they have the best pricing on their plans. I also have a Samsung Instinct, and it gets terrible reception at this location. I have updated the software many times, but still no better. I think the phones also have alot to do with the reception quality you recieve.
