	We have a lot of dropped calls in our home and have to be in a specific location inside the home to make calls and talk on the phone without being disconnected. When talking on the phone outside our home, the reception is not much better. Reception is much worse late in the evening.

	Have no service at our home Have complained but doesn't seem like we are making any progress. NONE OF OUR NEIGHBORS IN OUR AREA HAS ANY SERVICE EITHER. So why isn't this problem being corrected. Pay a monthly bill for service we don;t have anytime we are at home.

	Reception is poor to no reception. My wife who has the same phone with same carrier has average reception. I'd conclude that it is my phone that is the problem. Will be buying a different brand / model and try out during the cancellation period.
