Perfect signal where I live and pretty good all around the area. I just moved here and I'm amazed how good the signal is. EVDO is all around the area so no worries on the data side. The phone does switch to roaming in the rural areas but that works pretty good and you have EVDO then too. I would recommend them in this area as the signal is very strong in Ozark and Springfield.

Have used them for 7-8 years. They don't get great phones but have far superior service for this area. have had AT&T and my sister has it now but wishes she didn't. (work forced her) ATT just does not have the coverage when you leave town. Work in springfield... live in Ozark. Works great for me wish they had better phones. Maybe when they merge.

Tmobile customer service has always been accomodating in my five years of service. This is my first smartphone and experience with 3g, however I have not experienced 3G in Marshfield or Ozark, only in Kansas City, I have not tested Springfield thoroughly.

Inconsisant coverage in the house, depending on your location. Dropped calls. No luck with Cingular either. It was worse. Only ones left are TMobile and Sprint and from what I've read any place outside of Springfield, the services couldn't care less. Government needs to step in and standardize signal for all carriers. Each can continue to make offers on plans, but signal needs to be consistant for best communication. I'm not a rocket scientist, but have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express. Maybe more government officials need to also.
