Most of the time I have little or no service. When I contacted U.S. Cellular, they told me I lived 10 miles from the nearest tower. That doesn't sound too far, and near enough to be able to have some service. I live on the highest hill in the area, but they put the tower in the lowest bottom in the area. I got my phone in December, and when I went to complain about what horrible service I was getting with my new phone I was told it was because of work on the network, I was told this every week until about 2 weeks after the end of my 30-day trial period for my phone. How convenient. Now when I call customer service they tell me that if I want better signal then I need to move??!
