Sprint 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Sanyo SCP-8100	Once you head further East towards Richmond you will get no reception at all. I live in a subdivision around 10 and M highways and the only place my phone works is my bedroom! My husbands phone, was my old Sprint PCS phone and it can usually get reception outside, and sometimes inside the house. I had the tower information updated and the software updated on my phone, but it seemed to make it worse, instead of better. Don't buy Sprint PCS if you live anywhere East of KC and North of I-70.
