Occasionally get 1 or 2 bars but call doesn't go through or disconnects within a minute. Most of the time no reception.

terrible receotion and 9 people in less than 2 miles from this area all have At&T. I have 20 acres and would be interested in letting AT&T erect a tower as we are half way between Richland MO and Stoutland MO. One person bought land, built a house and moved in then found out that there was no cell phone service and he was on call 24, 7. Had to change jobs, one that didnot require cell phone. as of yesterday we have no cell phone service, whereas for 3 months since we first bought the service and phones we at least had 1-2 bars at our country home. now it says "no service" and in town we only get 1 bar when before we had all 5 bars. What gives? any input? BTW, oddly enough both cell phones had this occur yesterday so it seems unlikely a phone problem, more a service problem.
