Service is horrible since Verizon took over Alltel. Can't get reception in my home, voicemails show up 1 to 3 days after being called, people say they call me and I never got the call, phone turns off for no reason, static on most calls, ect. Verizon says their working on the problem, but still nothing fixed (been 2 months). Will be dumping this company in May when my contract is up.
