everytime I go to the out by heartland hospital or out 22 street to spring garden school it switches to roaming. for about an hour traveling east on 36 there is no reception at all. other than that I get five bars everywhere

I have had other carriers and AT&T is far the best reception for calls and internet access If you live in the 64505,64506 area and want continous service and still be able to use your phone in the south end of town try AT&T I am a high volume call, texting and internet user and this phone with straigh talk / AT&T is a proven winner

Very rarely does phone have service from intersection of Maxwell Rd.to Highland Ave. This is an ongoing problem for appx 3 years. Numerous call to T Mobile result in NO improvement. Have been told everything from "this is in our top coverage area per our map" to " engineering is aware of the problem and it will be corrected when 3G is updated". While in my office on St. Joseph Ave my company issued cell works fine (ATT), while my personal cell does not work at all. I have been a T Mobile customer since 2002, but next renew that will change if this issue is not resolved.

Get great service everywere except for in some basements which is average. But get great service and no droped calls. I think people should switch to sprint. Sprints like the next ATT in Saint Joseph.

service consistantly leaves my phone when I get to work. my phone searches for sevice all day long so I have to shut my phone off or it runs my battery down on the phone.

Just moved here with Sprint phone. Our previous State and City had 5 bars all the time--now we have nothing in our house and in many areas around town. If you know of a good service in the 64505 or 64506 area please post it.

i bought my phone in st joseph and I live right by st joseph ave and I have no reception there and think this needs to be changed for the good of st joseph people

The dip about 1/8 mile south of K highway on I-229 always looses service.

Absolutely terrible. This market was built out by an affilate who's motto was fake it till you make it. Well, it is still fake and Sprint could care less.

My service where I live is good but if I travel to north end around st joseph ave I get no service. In addition my internet service is incredibly slow and even when I have full bars I drop a lot of calls. I along with a lot of others will be switching back to AT&T if not corrected soon.
