Recently I can't even send texts or get apps to load data. This used to happen if there was a convention in town, but now it is everyday since 2020 started.

Since moving here in 2019 I have calls fail every single day. It’s T-Mobile. I’ve bought new phones, spent 49 hours on calls to T-Mobile and finally got the reply “we are updating our towers. I was told a variety of reasons before that. I’ve been a customer for 14 years and service has never been great or even good. But now I can’t depend to call 911 from my cell and have installed a land line. Looking for a new provider.

Cant recrive any calls. T-Mobile told me there is no tower in my area. Why they didnt say it when I bought the phone? It is in the middle of St. Louis. Shame

Can't receive or make any calls in my house. T Mobile claims they have good service in our area. They guaranteed it when I left the store. Totally dissatisfied with coverage and customer service. I would not recommend T Mobile to anyone.

Have to leave the house to get more than 1 bar. Call will drop if I stay in the house. New Samsung S7. Crappiest cell service I've ever seen for a 'major' city. Calls even drop when driving around town
