I've had this phone for over a year and had kool reception in south St. Louis. It dropped some calls but not as often as it does now that I moved to north county. My phone hangs up in the middle of calls, when trying to answer a call, it freezes, and also misses calls and texts. I will say that this phone is better than the phone I had with AT&T and cheaper too, but I really miss US Cellular. I had that carrier for 10 yrs with no problems.Was this review helpful to you?
Cust since july 2014, first 6 mos service great, then dropped calls almost daily, 0-1 bar inside house. Going out of area ok. Was told Affton was poor service area... but why was it ok to begin with?Was this review helpful to you?

T-Mobile hardly ever works in this area. Dropped calls constantly. Can't access network. Drops music apps all day long. Do yourself a favor,don't ever get T-Mobile. Lousy serviceWas this review helpful to you?
Partner and I both have Verizon. 2 bars at best when inside the house. Quality is the same in Clayton while on the 10th floor of an office building.Was this review helpful to you?

I have been a customer of Cricket Wireless since January 2015. I have used the service throughout the St. Louis Metro area (City and County) as well as St. Charles and Herman, MO. Voice, text, and data service has been consistently good with few, if any interruptions. Very satisfied with the service.Was this review helpful to you?

Constant dropped calls, can't get network when you need it. Drops music apps all day long. Phone shuts off on it's own,then back on by itself,when it locates the network again. Lousy service, that's why I cancelled.Was this review helpful to you?
I have only been in this location for four days and every day the reception has gotten worse. Today (11 / 19 / 15) I have spent most of the time with either 1 bar on the 1X network (2G?) or no connection at all. Very frustrated with Verizon because for what I pay each month their signal should be much stronger across the St. Louis region than what it is.Was this review helpful to you?
