in the last few months i get calls that do not ring and get a voicemail message dropped calls calls where only 1 party starts to hear some of the conversation static filled calls newer phone with all updates an AT&T issue

Poor phone service I was told I needed a new cell phone because the one I had could not receive the necessary signals so I purchased a new phone Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge still having the same problem dropped calls can't hear the person on the other end Texts delivered slow sometime calls not connected at all Sprint sucks

Have never experienced a problem with cell reception in my home area. Furthermore, I am periodically in ALL zip codes in St. Louis county, St. Louis City,Jefferson County, and St. Charles county and have other had a problem with Verizon reception in any of those areas.

Responding to a prior poor review about the same area. I drive through that same area often and have NEVER experienced a problem there. Perhaps the problem is with the user's phone... just a thought.

I've had this phone for over a year and had kool reception in south St. Louis. It dropped some calls but not as often as it does now that I moved to north county. My phone hangs up in the middle of calls, when trying to answer a call, it freezes, and also misses calls and texts. I will say that this phone is better than the phone I had with AT&T and cheaper too, but I really miss US Cellular. I had that carrier for 10 yrs with no problems.

Cust since july 2014, first 6 mos service great, then dropped calls almost daily, 0-1 bar inside house. Going out of area ok. Was told Affton was poor service area... but why was it ok to begin with?
