Sprint is unbelievably bad in St. Louis. No signal whatsoever in my house which is less than a mile from Wash U. My S4 is completely useless at Busch Stadium. It's basically just a camera at games - unable to send texts with pictures, or do anything that requires an internet connection so most apps do NOT work at all - twitter, FB, email, app store - nothing. I work in Olivette and the reception is also bad here. Lots of dropped calls. If this was a personal phone, not a work phone, I would drop Sprint in a second. It is incredibly frustrating.

Great customer service, and coverage. Not that I want to, but I can stream music in the woods at my hunting property in Southern MO. Prices have gone down to boot!

Just 'ate crow' and went back to Verizon. T-Mobile is horrible, it was OK service up until the past few months. I've had constant dropped calls, no service, taking 30-60 seconds to dial out or hang up on me. To make things worse, I called their customer unservice several times and was on hold for minutes before system hung up me due to "call volume" I couldn't even wait or leave a message for call back!

I been with T-Mobile for a while had good times now having bad times signal strength is going down internet poor have unli mited data load time use to be fast now poor, calls drop on average 2 to 3 bars with all the money we pay for service you think these company's would do something with cell and data reception in the ares that are getting quality reception everyone should have perfect reception and that goes for all cell carrier's.

As much as I pay each month for service I should be able to make calls from my house! Calls drop even when I'm standing outside! How hard would it be to put a tower in my area?

We all have TMobile and we all get HORRIBLE reception in our apt. It works maybe 50% of the time. Not good! Reception improves once I drive out of my neighborhood, off Midland toward Delmar.
