I live in St.Louis County in Creve Coeur by Schnucks on Olive and Mason, I get LTE 12 mbps up and 5 mbps down on average, my home wifi is 10 down and 2 up. This is slow, every where I have gone in St.Louis it is on average 12 mbpse down. Also I go to Chicago and LTE is spotty there at best always dropping to 3G or none at all in downtown. Verizon needs to reinforce their LTE network, at best they seem to only want to do the bare minimum when it comes to calling an area covered, their speeds are a joke.

3G Speed is a joke! Takes 5 minutes just to open up the app store sometimes. Downloading an app may take 15 - 20 minutes. Sprint, you are an embarassment and I am dropping you much faster than you drop my calls!

Sprint is simply BAD in St. Louis. Call reception is OK, data is TERRIBLE. Sprint 4g is a joke. It should not take longer to load a video than the video actually is... 5 minutes on a 1:30 video is unacceptable. Switching my service.

Verizon works great for us. I commute daily from West County to Richmond Heights. I can stay on the phone the whole drive and I have never dropped a call. Almost everywhere I go I get between 4-5 bars on my Droid Razr. I always have 4G LTE with data speeds averaging around 20Mbps down and 7Mbps up. I have drove all over the city and county and haven't found any places where I didn't have a usable signal. I constantly travel the country and have always been happy with Verizon's coverage. Verizon seems to have good coverage even in small towns which is a major plus.

I've had T Mobile for over 5 years with excellent reception in Nrth Cnty, but I moved 5 months ago to U City and reception is spotty from room to room, but reception is strong outside.

Reception was good up until about 5 months ago. I have lived here 8 years. I now get 0-2 bars and dropped calls. plus sometimes I cannot place a call even to retreive voice mail.

It is unfortunate that so few people have picked up US Cellular. Now, they are selling their customers here to Sprint. They are probably the best carrier there is. I am dreading the switch to any of the other providers here.
