From what I understand in Europe cell phone networks are standardized. This results in few dropped calls in just about any location. If I move my head in my house; i'll lose my call half the time. We need to put pressure on the industry to standardize and quit robbing Ppl.
Phone generally doesn't see a network when indoors, and gets between 0 and 2 bars outside with frequent call drops and generally poor quality. Service is quite unacceptable.
I roam in my house and within a 2 block radius. No or poor reception on Sprint network near the house. I have to drive to the south side of the park to get a signal. Numerous complaints and a repair ticket have led to nothing other than complete frustration. I echo all other complaints to the effect of "worst customer service ever".
I can usually use my phone at home. In certain parts of my home I get better reception. Living in the county, I should have no problems with cell phone reception, yet, I still have many dropped calls. Everyone I know that uses Cingular can have bars on their phone, and the call will not go through as if the network was full. Leaving the county, my phone works great in Shrewsbury, North County, Kirkwood, etc. Something about South County.
