Shitty need better service

While voice reception is decent, 3G service is a joke and 4G only work near Drury. The reason is their main tower behind the mall has been down fore months, but they won't tell customers that. What you get is paying for a data plan that you aren't able to use... not to mention that $10 premium data add on.

Cannot get data, and dropped calls. Sprint did sent me a free airave for my house which works fantastic. I have 3 phones and 1 tablet... and will be changing careers when my contract expires in 6 months if reception in not improved. Just moved from St. Louis and been with Sprint for 9 years..customer service is excellent.

Data service is slow. Sprint customer support a joke; was able to get out of my contract and am moving to At&t.

I just got an iPhone 4S, and the 3G will barely work, especially when at work. It will take 5 minutes to load anything!

Sprint claims to have amazing coverage here, but it is simply not true. I have three Sprint Phones and none of them receive coverage here. This is true for the surrounding blocks as well. Interior vs. exterior does not make a difference.

Text Message come delayed up to 20 min. often out of order. Which has caused many miscommunication issues. 3g internet is VERY slow! Even tried changing browser (opera, firefox, dolphin) I can't wait till my contract is up to get away from this service. My Best friend has a walmart straight talk for $50 cheaper and has better service than me. Now that's just wrong! I was with Alltel for 11 years, switched cause Verizon wanted to raise my bil $40. I should have paid it! Only reason I give 2 stars, is because the phone is pretty awesome. But hey, all the carriers carry Android...

Sprint is great, never a problem even in basements of underground building!
