AT&T offers few problems with their service. Their customer service however is horrible. I have a problem with my Razor. I visited both AT&T stores on Kansas Expressway. I was given the number to file an insurance claim and shuffled out the door. No offer of upgrade or apology. The first guy gave me the number, turned around and walked away. I'm not looking into switching providers.

Excellent reception all over Springfield. Very rarely will I drop a call and signal stays strong inside buildings (exception: Battlefield Mall). Outside of metro area service decreases dramatically, no rural coverage. However, roaming agreements are in place with Cingular.

Virgin 3g totally stinks, can take 2 days to send a 30k pic over text message, many times 30 minutes to pull up a web page if ever. They should call it 1f instead. Virgin Support totally sux as they just hope you will go away. I think there selling a service they don't have. "BUYER BEWARE !" This smells like a class action Law Suite.. Also my opinion on the Samsung phone, I sent 5 of them back, SAMSUNG is a GENERIC word for JUNK. I own a $3000 TV, its buggier than a camels rump, 7 Samsung phones all Junk, 1 Samsung monitor died in less than a year. Made in Korea = JUNK... .and Terrible support.

Very poor customer service experience at the ATT Battlefield and Lone Pine store. Clerks act with indifference.

i830 sucks compared to my old i95. Nextel works well inside my house including basement and good coverage within Springfield city limits but very bad or no reception in rural areas.

While voice reception is decent, 3G service is a joke and 4G only work near Drury. The reason is their main tower behind the mall has been down fore months, but they won't tell customers that. What you get is paying for a data plan that you aren't able to use... not to mention that $10 premium data add on.

Text Message come delayed up to 20 min. often out of order. Which has caused many miscommunication issues. 3g internet is VERY slow! Even tried changing browser (opera, firefox, dolphin) I can't wait till my contract is up to get away from this service. My Best friend has a walmart straight talk for $50 cheaper and has better service than me. Now that's just wrong! I was with Alltel for 11 years, switched cause Verizon wanted to raise my bil $40. I should have paid it! Only reason I give 2 stars, is because the phone is pretty awesome. But hey, all the carriers carry Android...

Bad reception during calls, often lose calls throughout Springfield. Ring delay is annoying.
