	It used to be I could somewhat get a signal upstairs at my home. Now I get NOTHING. I called Sprint several times and they alway open a "ticket" but get nothing resolved. I don't understand why they advertise service in my area when they really don't provide any. Looks like I will have to eat the $150 and switch to someone else, however, I don't know how great this will be from reading the other reviews.

	Had great reception until we moved three blocks NW and now cannot get any reception in the house unless we sit upstairs near the west windows, which is still below average at best.

	I moved from across town in Wentzville, only 3 miles, and now I have no service to speak of. I live very close highway 70, and Sprint finally had to admit I live in a known "coverage whole." I'm canceling my service and switching to a new carrier ASAP. In addition since having service with Sprint, I can honestly say I've never had worse cell service, and I've had Cingular, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
