	On previous trips to visit family in Belzoni, I have had no issues with Verizon service. The extended network worked great. On my visit during Christmas, my service kept switching back and forth between extended service and Verizon service and caused calls to be dropped, text message to continuously have errors on sending and phone calls that would not go through. It was extremely frustrating. Verizon customer service wasn't much help. Supposedly, Verizon has service on Hwy. 49 but it only goes approximately 1 mile on either side of the highway. Well, my family lives more than 1 mile from the highway so my phone was always trying to find the Verizon signal and was causing my issue. They offered no solution. Hopefully they will get this resolved or I may be going with another service provider.

	They have to be the worst carrier in the USA. They have more dead spots than anyone. Always have to borrow a phone. Am changing to cellular south ASAP!
