I get absolutely no cell service inside the Beau Rivage. If I need to make a phone call or send a text I have to go outside the building. It's really frustrating when I'm on vacation and can't stay connected with the person I'm traveling with. I literally have to walk the property to find my friend so we can discuss dinner plans, etc. I really wish they would fix this!

I travel across the coast from Ocean Springs to Bay St. Louis on a regular basis and never have any problems with my services. Anyone who lives here knows you can have different coverage if you are traveling 90 or on I-10, but I get great coverage on both. The only problem I've ever had is driving in I-10 en route to Picayune, I drop when I hit the border between MS and LA, but it picks right back up. Annoying but certainly not tragic.

Nextel has the worst service in the in the St. Martin area. I get poor to no reception and I have to stand in one spot in my bottom floor apt to get full bars. It's a pain to say the least. Often times, my service drops altogether and I am unaware until I hear the connection beep every once in a while, which prompts me to move my phone to a different location. I would not recommend Nextel for this area; I am waiting for my contract to end so I can switch. Furthermore, I get the same poor to no reception inside my office at Keesler AFB. Other than that, I get OK reception around major Interstates, except when travelling between towers or over state lines... I get dropped calls or the "You're breaking up" comment from the person I am talking to... . which leads me to repeat the most common phrase amoung crappy cell phones, "Can you hear me now?"

No network available or dropped calls 60% of the time. Their wireless internet doesn't work either, ever! I tried in two states, MS and LA. I had them check every zip code I would be in before I purchased these 4 phones and wireless nic card. We can't use the Mapquest or Telenav features we need daily either. Customer service, supervisors or tech support reps have no clue why! I have called many times. Calls are always 2-6 hrs long and I get no where everytime. Supervisor Linda was suppose to ship out 4 different phones for me to try 3 weeks ago but she dropped the ball and never completed the order. I am back to square 1 and got my first bill of $793.40

I've had 30 dropped calls in the last two months, and those are only the calls I let register. I used to hang up before I got the "dropped call alert", so I probably really have had close to 60 dropped calls. That's like, two a day. Thanks, Alltel, for making that possible. Maybe I'll make it to the Guiness Book. C

I have perfect crystal clear calls using AT&T Wireless GSM. I have dropped calls everyday on my way to work at the Beau Rivage. Also, once I get into the Beau Rivage there is literally no reception. It is an extremely large building, and everywhere else I go I can count on AT&T! Great service!

Inside this office suite my nextel has either no reception or just barely a reception to read the signal and that's all.
