ATT called and said I had a month to find a new carrier, just after I upgraded to a new phone, after 5 years, and over 8000 roll-over minutes accumulated, because of poor service. The minute my 30 day trial was up on the phone, I got a notice to politely leave my 8000 accumulated minutes, and find someone else. I asked why, their excuse is "off network data usage" (I began to cost them a few cents, after all these years of poor service.) Sad that a carrier who didn't mind taking my money until I got a phone with better technology where I could use it, decides to throw away all that goodwill. AVOID ATT LIKE A PLAGUE.
